Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?
We manufacture our own equipment and also supply products from other factories. Each series is labelled to show its origin. Products marked “Designed & Manufactured by BELOW0” are manufactured by us. Products marked “BELOW0 Select” are sourced from other factories.
Do I need solar power to use your equipment?
No. Our range includes standard equipment as well as Solar Hybrid models. Choose the configuration that suits your site and power supply.
What do you need to prepare a quotation?
Send the model and quantity, or your cold room dimensions, stored goods, required temperature and installation location. Our sales and engineers will review the requirements and provide a free quotation.
Can I inspect my order before shipment?
Yes. Contact us to arrange an on-site or video inspection.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Standard SP Series: 10 units. SP-HY and CH / CH-HY: 1 unit. For other equipment and complete projects, confirm the quantity with sales.
What warranty do you offer?
Products designed or manufactured by Below0 carry a 3-year warranty. BELOW0 Select products carry a 1-year warranty. Below0-engineered and built container cold rooms carry a 3-year warranty.
During the applicable warranty period, equipment damage not caused by human actions is covered by the following support:
- Free online technical guidance.
- Free repair of faulty parts. Parts covered by the warranty are supplied free of charge.
- International shipping costs are not included.
